5.1 Program Description

By opting in to the J & K Uniforms SMS Program, you agree to receive recurring SMS or MMS messages from J & K Uniforms at the mobile number you provide. Messages may include order updates, account or service notifications, customer service messages, and promotional or marketing messages related to our products and services. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

Participation in the SMS program is not a condition of purchase.

5.2 Consent and Age Requirement

By enrolling in our SMS program, you represent that:

5.3 Opt‑Out Instructions

You may cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the number that sent you the message. After you send the SMS message STOP, we may send a confirmation message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. Once confirmed, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us at that number.

If you want to join again, sign up through one of our forms or otherwise provide your consent, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is outside our control.

5.6 Use and Sharing of SMS Data

We use your mobile number and SMS interaction data to manage and operate the SMS program, including sending messages you have requested or agreed to receive and maintaining records of your consent and preferences.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt‑in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, except as necessary to provide and support our SMS messaging services and as required by law.
